I AGREE TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cancellation Policy and Other Items of Note
We only offer full weeks (6 nights) until 3 weeks ahead.
Unfortunately
we get too many queries to keep you posted at the 3-week mark;
you’d just need to write again if you’re still looking then.
We have a two-night minimum even after the 3-week mark.
Because
we are a small guesthouse with only two rooms, we cannot hold
a reservation without payment in full. The rental fee is not
refundable; please do not book until you are sure you are coming. Once
we receive payment, we will send you a packet of info about the
house and the area; it should answer all your questions but you
are always welcome to call or write.
The rental fee includes cleaning
5 times per week, as well as continental breakfast at a nearby
café and wifi.
If something came up and you had to cancel, we
would only be able to offer you a refund (less a $100 cancellation
fee) if we were able to rebook the rooms.
We do not charge a
damage deposit; your credit card would, however, be charged for
any real damages to the apartment.
Check-in is anytime between
2 pm and midnight if you pick up the keys at our café, about
6 minute walk from our place or a 1 minute cab ride. We can
arrange to check you in at the guesthouse, but only at 5 pm,
and this must be arranged specifically with us.
Check-out is
at 10 am. We cannot prepare for the next guest if you don’t
check out on time. We may be able to let you leave your bags
in a corner of the room while it is being cleaned, but don’t
book with us if you are depending on this, as it will always
depend on the situation at the time of your departure.
